The Sacrificial Dove

Description

The Sacrificial Dove is the story of a young boy of nine, called Daziko Junior who was sacrificed by his city parents beyond his will to take care of his grandfather Daziko who was 75 years old and living alone in the village. Little did the young man know that he was moving toward his natural destiny. The sacrificed dove flies to its place of natural destiny. His grandfather assumed that his only son Okoye waived his birthright to his son Daziko Junior. He enrolled this young boy into his school of thought and passed on to him the qualifications for success. Okoye who looked down on village life came back home one day crying for his birthright like Esau after 50 years of city life with nothing to show for it. He lost his job a few months before his retirement. His wife and children refused to come home with him because they were not used to village life.
